Guidelines
- If you have any questions about charging, I'll help. I know more about charging in Austin than anyone, and I have learned the hard way. - you don't have to return the Bolt fully charged, but you do need to plug it in when you return it if it needs a charge. That's the trade off - you don’t need to bring it back charged, but you do need to leave it charging if it needs it. Seems fair. - No smoking, no pets, no smoking pets. - Bring the Bolt EV back the way you picked it up, basically clean, full of juice (or charging) and ready to go on another adventure - If you plan to leave the city (meaning Austin), its best to have a charge plan. Let me know if I can help. - The one thing that unites all human beings, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic status or ethnic background, is that deep down inside we ALL believe we are good drivers.

Fantastic. Great host, very informative and supportive of ensuring I have an easy experience. Would definitely rent from Gregg again! Car was great and fun to drive.

Unfortunately I had an unpleasent experience. The car worked great for a few days but then a Service Transmission warning appeared on the dash. I notified my host about it but he didn't respond for 5 days. I was able to dismiss the warning but then the transmission ultimately broke down and I got stranded.
Turo support was great and we started the official procedure: ordering the tow truck to tow the vehicle then get a replacement car. Gregg didn't talk to Turo the whole time so I had to relay information between them. Then he suddenly went against what Turo told me to do and moved the car himself which ultimately cost me extra time and another Uber ride. Communication definitely could have been better. Wouldnt book another car from him.

Pick up location is easy to find, right by a library. Which is also nice for drop off with chargers right there. Car is comfy and great for getting around. We made it to San Antonio and back without having to charge up
