Great host, helped orient us in Austin and was very helpful with the electric car usage. My only recommendation would be that if you plan on driving outside of the city at all (on highways) this cars range is not suitable for it. Sticking to city roads it does just fine. You will need to charge it often.

Super easy pick up and drop off. Clean car, well taken care of. Great gas mileage. This was my first time using Turo and it was a very positive experience. I would rent again from this person if I’m back in Austin.

Sure the car was older, but it's was just what I needed. A trustworthy Toyota that is really inexpensive compared to other rentals/car services. Roberto was awesome! Communication was fast and easy. This was my first time using TURO and my experience with Roberto made sure that I'd want to use it again.

The most amazing car and rental experience ever. We were here in Austin for the worst storm of the century, and this car (and owner) were a godsend! Front wheel drive is a must for snow and ice, if you know how to drive in that kind of weather. Thank you thank you thank you. We were able to get food and water to our soccer girls that were stranded for 10 days. The owner was extremely flexible and accommodating. Would rent again from him in a heartbeat!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We visited during the snow storm in Austin. Even though we could not drive the car much it was a live saver. With this being my first time using Turo, I was really impressed with Brenda and her Infiniti Q50. Her car was very clean, in awesome condition and very comfortable to drive. She even met me on time at the airport at 01:30 in the morning and was on time with picking the car back up that afternoon. I would highly recommend renting from her and would personally definitely rent this car again.

Overall, great rental. Biggest gripe was that the screen was dark and I didn’t know how to change the settings. It made navigating and using the back up camera impossible.

Nick is super responsive and helpful, he picked us up from the Austin airport and showed us how to use auto-pilot and all the tricks of the trade. Great service and couldn't be happier with Nina and her partners. It was my first time with an EV for an extended period. Without a home with a charger, it can be difficult to plan your driving and time, even in a place like Austin with plentiful chargers.

Easy to drive car, would rent again. No issues, has Bluetooth connectivity. Had requested to pick up from the Airport and the car was waiting for us in a parking garage. Easy return by going back to where we picked it up.

Tiffany’s BMW was a fun and reliable ride around Austin! LOVED using the sunroof, and it was equipped with an aux cord and a charger. Very easy to drive as well. The pick up and drop off from the airport was SUPER easy, and Tiffany was incredibly responsive (within a minute!) when I had any questions.
