The heater in the car stopped working., while I was coming from the grocery store I'm a single mom with a baby, which is why I needed to rent a car because I have a baby out in the cold. When I contacted the host, he said "you're calling me at night 11 pm at night to tell me this" no concern that it is freezing at night his car malfunctioned and I had a baby. It was so much hassle I had to take baby home, get a sitter go to drop off the car sir in the cold for 2 hrs until Turo figured out how to get me into a new car.
