READ THOROUGHLY PLEASE! 1. No Smoking Policy and It is important for us to provide each client a comfortable environment, therefore smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Should this policy be violated a penalty fee will be imposed. Pets are not allowed. Car must be cleaned back to the state you were provided it in or a cleaning fee will be charged. If any food stains or drink stains, an additional cleaning fee will be invoiced to you. 2. Fuel Policy: In most cases you will receive your rental vehicle with a full tank of gas, we ask for the courtesy of other renters that you return the vehicle with a full tank of gas (or to where it was originally if not full). If we have to refuel the vehicle on your behalf there is an additional fee will be charged. Please make sure to use the proper gas to refill (see car listing details for what the car takes). 3. Tickets, Parking Violations, speeding/citations, tolls, impound, illegal parked/towing or any other violations issued during their rental period is the responsibility of the renter. 4. Remote Contactless Checkin & Checkout Remote key pickup/drop-off available 24 hrs. - (Only a 5 step process!!!) 5. Vehicles returned with excessive dirty interiors will result in additional charges. 6. UNAUTHORIZED DRIVERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO OPERATE/DRIVE THE VEHICLE. Thanks for your assistance. 7. You agree that vehicle will not be used in any illegal activity or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation, prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation, crossing State Line without prior approval. 8. You agree that you will not do any burnouts. Tires will be checked before delivery and after for excessive wear; abuse will be billed accordingly. 9. You agree that you will not go through any toll roads or peach pass (If it is driven on toll roads there is fine from the toll road and also a ticket) *A PROCESSING FEE WILL BE APPLIED ON TOP OF ANY PARKING OR TOLL VIOLATIONS 10. You agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in PERSON, no one else is authorized to do so on your behalf, failure to do so is subject to cancellation and appropriate fine & penalty.
