First time in a tesla and james was nothing short of exceptional when it comes to understanding and explaining how the vehicle works. The car was clean and drove perfectly, had battery. Supercharging by the airport and he gave us the home charger to charge overnight. Super fun and easy to use amazing experience.

The vehicle was great, in good condition, very clean, everything worked perfectly and drove very nicely for a bit of an older vehicle. I can not really comment on snow performance as it only lightly snowed while we were using the vehicle, four pairs of skis fit perfectly on the roof rack and the trunk was more than adequate for all of our ski gear.
