The car is going to be ready for you at the Parking Lot. We'll either be there to greet you or have the car conveniently located. On either case, you can easily locate the car via the Tesla App.

- Dogs are welcome (available upon request). Must add extra pet fee. - No smoking allowed. Violation will incur additional fees. • What about returning the car?

  We got you cover with FREE EXTERIOR car wash! So, don't worry about it. However, the INTERIOR must free of spills, stains, pet hair, sand, smoke or any other debris. Otherwise, additional charges will apply. You can return the car with as little as 30 miles of range when you add prepaid EV recharge.

• What about the car battery and recharging?

  The car battery must be kept between 10-90% charge at all times. Failure to do will incur additional fees. IMPORTANT: If the battery is extremely low, below 5%, the car might shut down at any time and you will need a tow truck. FREE Options Google "free EV charging stations near me" to find a list of FREE charging options. Tesla Superchargers ($$$) For your convenience, you can recharge at any Tesla superchargers. Any recharge cost incurred at any Tesla Superchargers will be billed to the renter. An activity report will also be provided 2-3 days after the trip has completed. Keeping the car idle after charging is completed at the Tesla Supercharge incurs an idle fee which is currently $1.00 per minute (subject to change). You will be billed if any idle fee is added during supercharging. Destination Charging Stations ($$) Alternatively, you can charge at any EV charging station which support J1772 plug. Please find the adapter included in the trunk of the car. DO NOT forget to disconnect and place the adapter back in the trunk after using it. Otherwise, you will be charged a replacement cost

• What if I get a parking ticket?

  If you get a ticket, notify us as soon as possible. Every transportation authority has a different billing cycle, which means we may not receive the ticket and send you an invoice until several months after your trip ends. That means we may not receive notice of a ticket until long after your trip has ended. If your improper parking results in the car being towed and impounded, you’re responsible for all related costs.

• What about tolls?

  DO NOT pay tolls with cash IF E-Pass is available. Our cars are equipped with E-Pass toll stickers. The renter is responsible for any amount used during the trip. You will be billed and provided with an activity report after the trip has completed.

• Running Late for Drop-off or Have your plans changed? No problem!

  Please let us know immediately. We understand things change during your trips. That's totally understandable. However, being honest and communicating your change of plans with enough time for us to accommodate your needs is very important. We need to rearrange our plan as well. • What about autopilot?

  Autopilot features assist with the most burdensome parts of driving. For information on proper operation and limitations of Autopilot, review your Owner’s Manual. Every driver is responsible for remaining alert and active when using Autopilot, and must be prepared to take action at any time.
