My first time with Turo,and honestly this is a great concept versus a rental car.

Didn't realize that i was supposed to pay for parking because i was a bit late to my reservation because of a delayed flight.

Had a couple small hiccups with the lockbox code and a technical issue on the Turo app when trying to extend our rental period, but Karina was very responsive and helpful and was able to resolve these issues quickly.

Manuel was awesome! He was so accommodating and flexible with us when we had some terrible flight issues coming in. I’m so grateful we went with him!

Manuel was so easy to communicate with and made pick up and drop off incredibly easy!! He even included back up phone chargers that ended up saving us when we forgot ours the day we went into the city! Would book again with him in a flash!

Lana and her partner were very helpful and replied back quickly! They hooked up the Bluetooth for me before I got on the road and showed me a few other tips necessary whenever getting into a new vehicle. I ended up getting a flat tire and was able to use the spare and they were very helpful in offering to give any advice I needed. Also, I had to change the pickup and drop-off times and they were super accommodating. If I could choose this car on my next trip up, I certainly would.

Pick up and drop off were extremely easy because of the lock box on the car. No worries about being late for pick up or having to wait for someone to meet us.
