Guidelines
I do all of my key exchanges contactless, meaning I am not there at the time of vehicle pick-up. This makes my pick-up and return times very flexible and convenient, but because of this contactless process, you will be required to send photos of your driver's license over the app. On drop off to return, the car must be parked at/ near to the original pickup address noted on Turo. Any violations of the below rules will be charged accordingly. Please respect these as to maintain the cleanliness of the car and to avoid any allergies for future guests. No pets. No smoking. Fuel Full to Full - you will start your trip with a full tank of fuel so please bring back with a full tank Please be careful with sugary drinks and coffee to avoid stains and sugar spots which are difficult to clean and unfortunately will have to charge accordingly to clean. Which fuel does this car take?
Unleaded - Petrol
Do I have to pay ULEZ/Congestion charge and tolls?
This car is ULEZ exempt so there is no charge to drive in the ULEZ zone. Congestion charge applies when travelling into Central London, the car has autopay for the following tolls - Congestion charge - Dartford crossing - Heathrow passenger drop off Plus any other tolls/fines will be totalled and request reimbursement at the end of the trip
What if I need Extra Mileage?
We do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage, if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount we do encourage to purchase that extra. Otherwise, we do charge per mile over the allotted mileage, this charge varies depending on the car but you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.
Can I rent this car long term
Yes, happy to accommodate long term renters. We have discounts available with longer durations - 3+ days
