Is the car registered for Autopay to cover congestion zone in London?
Yes it is, Congestion charge will be automatically charged to hosts account if you enter the London Congestion zone. I will then bill you the cost so you dont need to worry about fines, for other TOLLS please do your own research. All cars are ULEZ compliant and there is no cost for this.
Can i drive the car abroad?
Unfortunately not, in the unlikely event of a break down, Turo does not cover towing the car back to UK.
How long does it take to uber to the home location from Heathrow?

The host charged me 80 pounds to get the car to the town. Then refused to deliver it there. Did deliver close to his home (same return) and now is complaining for mechanical damage I never did. The car was good.

Agreed to deliver to Hatton cross so guest can save on parking and Hatton cross station isn't close to my home. Car was returned with a 1.5 meter long damage with tracking issues where the car pulls right after the accident. Definitely do not recommend.
