In the event of an emergency or incident, Turo assistance can be reached 24/7. Please note that the vehicle is ULEZ exempt but not congestion charge exempt. You must pay your congestion charge if driven in the congestion zone during period of hire. Feel free to ask any questions. Pets welcome, but please note that any fur/hair left after the rental peroid will be charged a full cleaning valet.

Shunali is a great host. Pick up and handover were smooth and well communicated. The car is small and efficient, a bit noisy on the highway but is expected for a car its size.
