The car had a loud sound when breaking. I have been told it was due to a stone being trapped in the brake disk. I have highlighted it to the owner and was told that if I felt unsafe I should pop in a Kwik fix to have it checked. I am mentioning this here as the next driver should enquire if this has been fixed before using the car.
That being said replies were fast and it was easy to communicate. I had more queries than normal not just because of the noise but also because the rain made Goodwood very muddy. I had booked to return the car at 9pm and asked about having it cleaned. The owner told me to clean it before returning as there was another booking on the car. The owner also told me to Google a carwash. I have done so, several carwashes were closed until I found one in Putney. I've returned the car clean just to receive a message from the owner saying that they have an agreement with Tesco to clean the car for £20. It was a bit stressful and I am not sure the owner should let the car without checking it first after being reported about a significant noise on the brakes. Overall the responses were fast though but I cannot rate it 5 stars.
