Wrong location for the car, gave me car over an hour late, and still charged me cleaning fee even though car washes are closed.
Hello Sujeff, you have called me asking for compensation for 10 different things that made no sense. We have assisted you immediately and we also gave you a free upgrade to make you happy. The car was returned dirty and the fact that car wash are closed doesn’t mean that we won’t incur cleaning costs. We have also offered you a full refund of the cleaning fee which you refused without explaining. I can safely say that we won’t rent any of our vehicles to you again. All the best!

Carlo was an A+++ host. He was well prepared and made the process for contact free pickup and return a breeze. The car was in pristine condition and was decked with all modern bells and whistles for a pleasant journey. Will recommend for anyone.
