Car itself was fine, but we don’t our entire trip worried about the EV battery running out and getting stranded. The charging stations are all very slow-takes hours to charge up. So we had to cancel plans and only visit spots and restaurants that had a station on premises. If only that solved the issue- the charging cord we were given was glitchy and dislodged after just a few minutes of charging. So we would be eating dinner thinking we would arrive back to a charged vehicle only to find an error message on the dash. The entire trip was stressful and a waste of time off and money. It was on the last day when the host said he had an alternative charger “if we wanted to pick it up.” Imagine being on holiday and being fearful of going anywhere because you were afraid you wouldn’t make it back?

Ryan was very communicative and his car was a perfect companion for our Cotswold travels! Very clean and easy to use!

Excellent, Ryan was so accommodating and helpful. The car was perfectly clean and drove excellent. We could not have had a better experience using Turo and having Ryan as our host.

Ryan was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my questions. Other than a small snag with the prearranged drop off of the vehicle, everything went smoothly. Ryan was quick to remedy the snag to my complete satisfaction. This is a perfect little car for exploring the region!!
