The host was very quick to respond and the car was clean and ready for pick up. That being said I had an unfortunate circumstance dealing with a flat tire. Kal tire had assessed the tire and it was related to wear and tear. The tire wasn’t salvageable so they put on a used tire that the host then in return reimbursed me for. Upon returning the vehicle the host wanted more of an explanation for why the tire couldn’t be repaired and wanted to go to a mechanic to have the other three tires looked at. I found it unprofessional of the host to present concerns that could have been brought forth at time of incident.

I'm glad you like the car and my service. I went to KalTire, and they told me these tires are good until 2026. That makes me more confident to say that the one got damaged, not because of wear and tear. Moreover, this car made 32 trips with these tires without any problems. Also, you do have the car for 20 days before You have a flat tire. So thank you for the 3 stars review after doing my best to assist you and spend my time when you have a flat tire and pay you for another tire.
