Parking details
Pick up and Drop off is at the Major Mackenzie carpool lot. at Highway 400. If coming North on Hwy 400, exit at Major Mackenzie, take a left, and then another left at the first set of lights. Car is typically in the lot to the left, closer to the highway. There is free parking for approx. 4 days so you may park your car here for the duration of your rental.
Guidelines
🚭Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Traces of abuse, and evidence of smoking will be requested for compensation. This will incur additional fees as per Turo’s No Smoking Policy. 🚫 No drinking. No drugs inside. ⭐️ Minimum 91 gas. Octane 93 or Octane 94 preferred. Please keep receipts and upload as part of your check out process through the Turo app. 🚫 Signs of abusive and irresponsible spillage will result in additional cleaning fees. ⭐️ I would prefer you not wash the car, but if you must, HAND WASH or Drive in Touchless car wash only. Signs of going through an cloth car wash will result in a damage fee. However, returning the car with extreme exterior dirtiness will not be tolerated. ⭐️ Please be careful when parking near a curb. Curb rash will incur repair costs. ⭐️ The car is low, as is the front bumper. Please exercise caution with speed bumps, bumps, and driveways. Visible scratches will incur a repair fee. & Finally, ▪️NOTE: This car is not to be driven “track like” nor is stunt driving to be done. Driving patterns and abuse is tracked and will be documented, with the possibility for damage claims.▪️No racing, excessive speeding

Is the car electric?
This is a hybrid-plug in vehicle. A full charge allows approximately 52km. Car is not rented with the charger, so the charge levels are not tracked; only fuel is.
What fuel does the car use?
Minimum Octane 91. Octane 93 or 94 preferred. Please keep your receipts.
How do you open the trunk?
Please note the car is a sports car with limited trunk space. Trunk volume is 2-3 Cu ft. This will not even fit a carry on. However, you can open two ways: 1. The button on the drivers side panel, next to the buttons to roll down the windows. 2. On the key fob, push and hold for a few seconds.
How do I open the gas tank?
On the drivers side bottom interior panel, you will see a button with the gas station symbol. Gas tank is on the passenger side of the vehicle.
