Any evidence of either is subject to a professional detailing fee. 👮♀️ Tickets and Tolls can be paid to me directly when you return the car, otherwise they will be reimbursed through the Turo app with a $25 processing fee. 🧽 We keep the car quite clean and would greatly appreciate it if it was returned in similar or the same condition. Having said that, please try and keep eating/drinking in the car to a minimum. 🔌Please do not charge over 90% as this degrades the battery. For the most part, you won't have to worry about this. The system restricts the charge to 90% but this can be adjusted manually.Also please dont let the car charging go less than 20% as it degrades and the car does notify us.

Does the vehicle have winter tires?
No, however all of our vehicles are equipped with Mud + Snow Rated (M+S) All Season Tires that are legally permitted to be used on all BC Highways from Oct 1st - Apr 30th. Please visit https://tinyurl.com/yc6w8m5x for more details.
How far are we located from YVR Airport?
The default pickup location for the car is approximately a 10-minute drive from the airport. An Uber/Lyft will cost between ~$15-20 each way. Delivery of the vehicle to the airport is also an option for an extra charge. Simply change the pickup location and we will approve it right away.
Where to pick up and Drop off Airport Delivery ?
PARKING DETAILS We can park the vehicle at YVR outlets (McArthurGlen Designer Outlet) parking lot for all YVR guests, we will remote open the door and key will be in the car to make your best rental experience. 💚For YVR guests: 🚆YVR is located 2 stops away from McArthurGlen Designer Outlet (A 3 minute walk from Templeton Station) 💡Tip: Trips between Templeton station (location of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet) and YVR-Airport station are free. Scroll the onscreen options at any of the three Sea Island station ticket machines and select the “Sea Island Only” option.
