The Guide below has been put together to outline all you need to know about your trip with me. The Turo app: First and foremost, you’ll need the Turo app for this rental to work. If you don’t have it please download it - otherwise you won’t be able to check in or out *** Getting Started **^ Per Turo’s requirements you’ll need to take and upload two pictures to warrant your insurance coverage on the vehicle. • Picture of your drivers license • A selfie of you holding your drivers license Upload these 2 photos to “Trip Photos” before starting the trip Gas: Vehicle takes regular gas. Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when your pickup the car. Any missing fuel will be charged through reimbursement at the end of the trip. Cleaning: You will always receive a fully cleaned and sanitized vehicle. Upon returning of the vehicle we expect the car to be returned in the same manner. Please make sure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to dropping off the car. Impoundment Should the car be impounded for any reason, you are responsible for paying the rental fee for the period of time the car is impounded as well as any release fees. 407 ETR: Any toll routes will be billed 3-4 weeks after your rental is complete. Smoking Fee: $50 cleaning fee. As per all rental cars there is a No Smoking allowed in the vehicle. Turo is a no smoking platform Late Returns: Fee $50 for each hour the car is late Avoidance: if you see your running out of time extend the rental through the app. Returning the car: Return the vehicle to the same location and parking you got it from.
