Ian responds promptly and is nice. The price is quite fair. Pick-up was easy and flawless. Dropping off was a bit of a hassle due to no parking. No ones fault. Just is what it is. The vehicle needs some work, and a seat belt in the rear doesn't work. So I had a passenger unbuckled. Which I never liked. Interior, though, for a 2012 is in amazing condition, and for the most part, well maintained. I would rent the vehicle again from Ian.

Ian's Kia Rondo drives well and is roomy - great for those with more than 4 passengers due to the 3rd row seat in the back that folds up from the trunk floor. It has plenty of power, and for an older vehicle, drives exceptionally well. It has a few songs, but what car is that vintage doesn't?
Ian is very friendly and accommodating. He is very good at communicating in a timely manner.
Pick up location was fine. The car was parked on the side of the road. Same drop off location, and although the only spot I could find was in front of a fire hydrant, Ian came out right away to check in the car with no issues and to move it to his underground parking spot.
