You can contact Turo before your trip begins to add additional drivers. 6. Return the vehicle clean and full: The vehicle should be returned in the same clean condition as it was received. Please remove personal belongings. Additionally, the battery should be charged to the same level as at the start of the rental period. (Within 5% of begin trip level is okay) By following these guidelines, you ensure a positive rental experience for both yourself and future renters.   As per Turo's policy: Electric vehicles: host can charge you for low battery level according to these guidelines: 0%–20% charge = $50* 21%–50% charge = $20* 51%–80% charge = $10 Above 80% = Not eligible for reimbursement

• Do I have to return the vehicle with a full charge?

  In order to avoid any EV/Battery charges, please return the vehicle with similar battery charge of when it was given to you. -5% difference is okay. Example: Vehicle was given to you at 80%, please return with a minimum of 75% battery charge.

• Are there free chargers to charge the vehicle?

  Yes! There are numerous chargers around the city and province that provide free charging. I recommend you download the Plugshare app to locate listed chargers throughout the province and in the city. In the app when you click on a charging station it will provide you with the information if it is free or pay-per-use and how fast the charger is.
