Communication was okay but the car was faulty and could not drive also the headlights were not working at all so could not drive at night as well

The vehicle has been regularly maintained, with no previous or ongoing issues reported, as we prioritize safety.
It was rented for one day and 242km was driven.
Additionally, the car was not returned at the agreed time of 2pm; it was returned later by someone not authorized to drive it, and without any explanation. This is against Turo policy.
I would have appreciated being contacted during your trip to quickly resolve any concerns.
