Otherwise, add pre-paid refuel and return worry-free.! 👮♀️ Tickets and Tolls can be paid to me directly when you return the car, otherwise they will be reimbursed through the Turo app, in addition to the processing fee of $15. 💡💡 No Pets (🦮 I am an animal lover but not when it comes to my Car 🚘, so please keep your furry friends at home 🏡) 🤝 😃 Most importantly, have fun, drive safe and enjoy your trip.

This is a car rental company. What this means is that they have certain operating hours. My experience was that they were quite inflexible - I was able to extend the rental duration but unable to drop it off after their operating hours. Add to this the fact that they do not have a drop off box for car keys. Service was mediocre. Communication was prompt initially but turned sluggish after a bit. They were relatively friendly, just know that they wouldn’t go above and beyond to help you when the need arises. In summary, it’s all business.

Your delay impacted our ability to access the car, prepare it for the next customer, and caused a delay for the customer who was waiting. We agree that you made arrangements for your friend to deliver the keys on your behalf, and we are upset the time he arrived did not align with the agreed-upon schedule. We understand the importance of timely vehicle availability and the need to upgrade the car for your subsequent customer. Thank you for your booking but everyone's time is valuable.
