⚠️YVR airport Pickup and return locations ⚠️YVR only allows vehicle pickup and return in the Parkade, a multi-level, covered parking lot located near the terminal. ⚠️YVR doesn’t allow vehicle exchanges curbside, in any other parking facility, or any other area of the airport. ⚠️If there are any changes to your flight or schedule, please update your trip promptly; we strictly adhere to the delivery schedule. ⚠️We’ll drop off the car in the terminal parking lot with retrieval instructions. Customers are responsible for the airport’s parking fee , First 30 minutes is complementary(free) $14 for 30 minutes after, with a maximum of $65 per day. 1. Pick-Up & Drop-Off As shown in APP Condition: Please return the car in the same condition as you received it. Ensure it is clean and free of any personal items. 3. Fuel Policy Fuel Level: The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of gas. Please return it with a full tank. Use only regular unleaded fuel. 4. Mileage Limit Mileage: You are allowed 300 km/day. Extra kilometers will be charged at [insert additional charge per kilometer]. 5. Driving & Usage Restrictions: No Towing No off-roading or racing. No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. No pets unless specified in advance. Area: Driving is allowed within Canada. Contact me for approval if you plan to drive outside this area. 6. Parking & Tolls Parking: Always park in safe, legal areas. Any parking violations or fines will be the renter’s responsibility. Tolls: Tolls are the renter’s responsibility. 7. Maintenance & Issues Reporting Issues: Immediately report any issues or damages to the vehicle. Contact me through Turo for assistance. Emergency: In case of a breakdown, contact Turo roadside assistance and inform me immediately. 8. Cleaning Interior: Please keep the interior clean. Return the car free of trash and personal items. Exterior: Normal wear and tear are expected, but if the car is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee may apply. 9. Accidents & Damages Procedure: In case of an accident, ensure everyone’s safety first. Report the accident to local authorities and Turo. Document the incident with photos and notify me as soon as possible. 10. Key & Security Key: Do not lose or damage the key. A replacement fee will apply if the key is lost.
