Yes we offer backless booster car seats and full back booster car seats. They are 25$ each per trip.
Can I enter the US?
Yes, you are welcome to drive the vehicle into the US. Feel free to enjoy your journey across borders. Safe travels!
Do you allow pets?
Yes, you are welcome to bring pets along for the ride! However, please ensure the car stays clean and damage free throughout the trip. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pet-friendly and enjoyable experience for all renters.
Parking tickets, Driving infractions, and Tow charges
Parking tickets and violations are the responsibility of the guest, and you are expected to cover any associated fines or fees. In the event you are issued any tickets, it's best to pay them right away as the costs of the tickets are usually cheaper than waiting past the due dates. Once we receive violation notices in the mail, the costs are a lot higher. Most tickets will have detailed instructions on them as to how and where to pay them. In the event the vehicle is towed, the guest is responsible for all towing expenses and fees incurred during the retrieval process. Please msg us as soon as you realize the vehicle has been towed so that we can retrieve it as soon as possible to avoid extra charges.

Car brakes were having lot of issue! Car was shaking!

Hi Juan, we had the car inspected as soon you returned it to us. Toyota said we have plenty of brakes and there were no issues with the vehicle whatsoever. Paperwork of that service/report with date & time stamp were submitted to Turo for proof and they verified this information and okayed our car to be on the road.
Toyota said the only explanation for this “shaking” is that the driver must of been traveling at excessive speeds and braking. Sorry your trip with us wasn’t a 5 star experience.
