This car needs servicing. When I arrived Abel told me the driver’s window was stuck and I was not to use - he had taped the control closed. Very inconvenient not to be able to open that window as a wildlife photographer and also just for regular usage. Then the shocks need to be replaced. It rides really rough and also the brakes are not responsive when pressed. Very dangerous when stopping going faster speeds as it took forever to stop. The car shimmy’s when the brakes are pressed too. Lastly the car backup camera is super foggy rendering it useless. I cleaned many times as was owners suggestion. That didn’t work.
The upside is the curb check in and drop off. Abel was nice and helped me w my bag but seriously the car needs work.

Thank you Nancy for choosing us! I apologize for the broken driver window switch. The car has had back to back trips since it happened mid summer. We've already secured a time to fix it in September.
However the car has passed mechanical inspection. Brakes have less than 10000km on them, and sure it has low resolution backup camera and doesn't have the smoothest ride. But all that is expected from a 12 year old Kia!
I hope you consider us for your next trip, so I can offer you newer vehicles.
