Traditional companies do not allow modifications or reservation. Even if they do, it would be an exception and is subject to additional fees. Turo allows modifications as plans change free of charge. Shortening trip? yes, we'll refund you back as well. -No surprise vehicle swaps. What you see is what you get. The most common Corporate rental trick. Cheap economy car promised, expensive cars only available during pick up. With TURO, what you see is what you get. Pictures are of the exact vehicle, down to the floor mats. -SELECTION. Have you even contemplated negotiating the advertised price during traditional rental? Most likely not. We all know the outcome.

• I accidentally curbed your rim, do I have to pay for it??

  You'll be happy to learn that I personally do not charge my guests for aesthetic damages to the rims of any of my vehicles. I may be the only host that does this. Although this type of damage is claimable through Turo. I've made it a point to not nickel and dime my customers in that way. The lack of quick, reliably rim repair services in my city makes it extremely difficult to repair rims everytime they are curbed. This will also create a large amount of downtime on the vehicles. In exchange, I do ask for your understanding of any aesthetic flaws on the rims as the vehicles do go on large amount of trips and these things are unavoidable in most cases. The only damage that will be chargeable are for structural damages which compromises safety. Bending of the rim, cracked rim, etc.. These damages will be repaired immediately after it happens.

• How important is it to leave a Rating/Review after a trip?

  Turo's new Host classification has made reviews even more crucial for a hosts success. Prior to the change, no ratings/reviews does not make any difference. Current program counts non ratings as automatic negative ratings. Please help the community by leaving your reviews and ratings (good or bad) for hosts and in return, hosts that go above and beyond will continue to shine and reflect on search creating for a more fun, reliable vehicle rentals for all guests.

• What goes into my vehicle preparation?

  Each vehicle goes through a process and rigorous detailing routine. As I have started in the beginning of COVID, cleanliness and sanitizing was not optional, it was mandatory. We are glad to say that none of our vehicles has been the cause of the spread of the virus. Every guest was taken care of and received a fully sanitized vehicle. Since then, we have continued to uphold the same standard and every car is delivered cleaner than you would receive from a Dealership. Our history of all 5 star for cleanliness is evident of our promise. Our detailing process is lengthy, it is precise and it is as the name suggests. Detailed. I guarantee every guest a pristine condition interior upon delivery or a discount will be added if this promise is not met. I dare you to try and hold me to my word. • Past TIPS:

  February tip: Negotiate. Hosts have the ability to modify discounts/prices per day to a certain extent. Great hosts will be happy to hear you out so don't be shy to negotiate with us. We love to earn your business and work within your budget. March tip: Book EARLY! Did you know, you have up-to 24 hours before trip start to cancel with full refund. Many hosts use dynamic pricing that adapts and changes daily. The closer you get to your trip, the higher the prices tend to go. The earlier you book, you lock in the rates and even if you're not 100% sure. At least you have the price and date locked. You can cancel anytime if you change your mind.
