Neville was a friendly and attentive host, quick to respond and was on time to drop off vehicle, he is a 5 star host. The vehicle however is why my review is a 3 rather than a 5. It had a horrible belt or bearing squeal the whole time, I was actually scared something was going to snap and I would be stuck. Rear wiper also does not move, brakes are a little spongy, and vehicle randomly revs high. I understand this was a cheap option so I’m not overly disappointed, but pulling up to a funeral with what sounds like a dying cat under your hood is pretty embarrassing.

Neville always showed up on time and accommodated time changes. Plus, he is very caring and organized! He helped me put my luggage in the trunk and sent me messages to confirm the meeting location and meeting time before the trip started and before it ended. And the car was in excellent condition! I love that there was a cell phone holder as well. Thank you very much, Neville! :)

Neville was fantastic to deal with leaving no stress during a holiday trip home with Family. Car handles well, cheap on gas and very warm in the winter. Only downfall was the rear view window wiper wasn’t working but nothing a quick station window wash won’t fix. Was delayed an hour due to an accident on the highway and he was very understanding as well. Would definitely rent again through Neville!!
