To start, I hope you enjoy the vehicle & the trip all-together :) 🚭No Smoking Allowed 🚭 - Turo prohibits smoking in all cars on the platform Please return the car in the same cleaning condition as when you picked it up. I take great pride in trying to keep all my cars detailed, and SANITIZED, not only to offer a professional service but also, to help prevent the spread of bacteria/viruses during this pandemic. My cars are sanitized and cleaned thoroughly with non-invasive anti-bacteria detailing products to ensure a pleasant experience, without the awful smell from other sanitizing products.

Is there a certain battery charge that I can drive until?
Please make sure to NOT have the battery go less than 15% battery charge as it damages the battery.
How can I charge the vehicle?
The vehicle can be charged using 3 levels, Level 1, 2 and 3. -Level 1 is your standard charging at home with the charging cable that is provided to you inside the vehicle. It takes a long time but some is better than none. -Level 2 is the more common charger; it's available at most hotels, shopping malls, recreation centres and even in common public places. The two most common level 2 charges are provided by Flo and ChargePoint. To access these, you'll need to download the app on your phone and it'll show a map of all the available chargers and which ones are free or how much they cost per hour to charge, if it's not free. The Level 2 chargers, depending on its charging rate, usually charges the vehicle from 20% to 80% in 6-7 hours. -Level 3 also known as DC Chargers, known as the Superchargers for non Tesla's are primarily located at some Shell and Petro Canada Gas Stations. These chargers can charge from 20% to 80% battery charge in less than 40 minutes. Temperature and Battery Percentage can impact the charging time but it is much faster than Level 2, but does cost a bit more. -In addition to using these apps to find charging stations, the BMW i4 also shows charging stations around you with the built-in navigation system that'll show which ones are available or in use.
Are there any fees that could be associated with not returning the vehicle with similar battery charge?
As per Turo's policy: Electric vehicles: host can charge you for low battery level according to these guidelines: 0%–20% charge = $50* 21%–50% charge = $20* 51%–80% charge = $10 Above 80% = Not eligible for reimbursement
Do I have to return the vehicle with a full charge?
In order to avoid any EV/Battery charges, please return the vehicle with similar battery charge of what it was given to you. Up to -5% difference is okay. -- Ex: Vehicle was given to you at 80%, please return with a minimum of 75% battery charge.
