Pick up late than the booking time but host didnt give a notification.
He didnt give access to the virtual link to open the car until 4 hours later after booking time.
There was no instruction to return the car. I couldnt call the host on my way back to ask for where I suppose to park the car.
Please read description carefully. There will be additional charges for driving over a certain amount of distance. I could have rented a better vehicle and only got charged for driving over 600km. I got charged for driving over 400km when renting this vehicle.

2. We are not obliged to give you a virtual link to connect your phone, you have a card to access the car. We gave you the link as a courtesy .
3. You had to return the car on time and at the address as mentioned in the instructions, you did not communicate with us through the application and car was NOT returned correctly we did not charge you for that.
4. Allowed milage is mentioned.

Je n’ai pas eu de problème avec la voiture et j’ai pu la récupérer et la déposer à l’heure prévu. J’ai fait la réservation au moins 3 heures avant la prise en charge (tel qu’exigé par l’hôte pour avoir le temps de préparer le vehicle). Malheureusement, lors de la prise en charge, la voiture était salle et n’était chargée qu’à 40%. De plus, le vehicle n’avait qu’un adapteur J1772 pour la recharge et l’hôte ne nous en avait pas informé, ce qui nous a causé quelques soucis au moment de la recharge.
