I rented Matthew's Sonata for four days. For the four days I utilized Matthew's car, I didn't have any issues and Matthew was also very quick in responding to any of my questions. I highly recommend renting his car if you are ever in Montreal!

We had some mixup where the wrong address was given, so we were dropped off in a little bit of a shady area and had to call for the correct address and Uber there, which he immediately picked up and reimbursed us for. Honest mistake that hopefully is just a one time thing. But unfortunately the entire reason we chose this car, the backup camera, was broken 😞 Also whatever they cleaned the floor mats with was very slippery, which you don’t want when driving. Also, the only charging cord I had brought on my trip (without thinking of it) was a usb-c cord port, so I couldn’t plug my phone in for navigation over the stereo. It would be amazingly thoughtful if they could provide a few of the most common charging cords to borrow while in the car for this reason.
BUT I loved the contactless check in, which allowed us to not have to rush to meet in person for pick up or drop off. The flexibility of that was hugely important for us. It was also a very solid car, and drove really well.
