Communication with Matthew was great.
This was my first experience renting with Turo. It was a learning experience. I really need an updated GPS system in this big crazy city. I was lucky my sister in law loaned me a phone holder to help with visual direction on my phone. Matthew also offered one.
I was surprised that when I found I needed to wash the windshield it was empty. I let Matthew know and he told me fluids are the renters responsibility. So don’t forget to pack the windshield fluid.

Car works fine but it is an older car and value is questionable. Nice convenience that the drop off location is a gas station

Matthew is really kind and helpful. The car is really nice and very clean. It is very easy to find the pick up location and i love the contactless pick up! I am definitely will rent the car again when I need it in the future.
