Then put the key in my mailbox. ***If your checkout is at the airport/hotel, use the same method used at check-in.*** $150 violation fee plus 3% will be charged to you by Turo for abusive and irresponsible cleaning issues. $250 "smoking with evidence” fee will be charged to you by Turo for smoking of any kind is unacceptable. It is the Check-engine light appears after 150 km, please ignore it. It's an irrelevant light. It's a coolant valve part we are waiting to replace. Keep driving as usual. It should not be an issue. Our mechanic told us it's a nuisance light.

Wendy is an amazing host. Her car was immaculate, and she included some appreciated human touches (water, charger, hand wipes). I adjusted my trip twice due to changing plans, and she did everything to make it easier for me to keep the car. Pick up and drop off were a breeze, and Wendy was amazing to communicate with .
