Pickup and Drop-off Timing: Please ensure you are on time for both pickup and return. Contact me in advance if there are any changes to your schedule. Fuel Level: The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of gas. Please return it with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. 2. Vehicle Usage Mileage Limit: The daily km limit is 200km. Any excess mileage will incur a fee. Or please contact me in advance so we can work something out. Driving Behavior: This is a high-performance vehicle. Please drive responsibly and follow all traffic laws. Aggressive driving, racing, or taking the car off-road is strictly prohibited. Speed Limits: Respect local speed limits. This vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking for security, and any reckless driving reports will result in fines or immediate termination of the rental agreement. 3. Care and Maintenance No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the car. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odors or damage are detected. Cleanliness: Please return the vehicle in the same condition you received it. Any excessive dirt or mess may result in additional cleaning fees. Pets: No pets are allowed inside the vehicle unless prior permission is granted. If approved, please ensure the car is kept clean. 4. Insurance and Damage Damage Reporting: Any scratches, dents, or other damage must be reported immediately. You will be responsible for any damages that occur during your rental period. 5. Prohibited Uses No Off-roading: This vehicle is not intended for off-road driving. No Racing: Any form of racing or high-speed competition is strictly prohibited. No Unauthorized Drivers: Only drivers approved through Turo are allowed to drive the vehicle. Any unauthorized drivers will void the rental agreement and insurance coverage. Please add any drivers through Turo as that is available. 6. Emergency Protocols Breakdown or Accidents: In case of any breakdowns or accidents, please contact me immediately and follow Turo’s procedures for roadside assistance or claims. Flat Tires: The vehicle comes equipped with a spare tire. If you experience a flat tire, please use the spare and notify me for further assistance. 7. Fines and Violations Parking Tickets and Tolls: You are responsible for any parking tickets, toll violations, or other fines incurred during the rental period. These will be charged to your account if not paid promptly.
