Important Rental Guidelines: 1. Refuel the Vehicle: Prior to returning the vehicle, ensure it is refueled to the same level it was at when picked up. 2. No Pets: Please refrain from bringing any pets (dogs or cats) into the vehicle. doing so will result in a cleaning fee. 4. Valid Driver's License: Please have a valid driver's license with you when picking up the vehicle. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle not being released and could lead to charges in accordance with TURO policy. 5. Parking Tickets: Any parking tickets incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter and should be paid accordingly. 6. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or marijuana use in and around the car is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning fee of $250. 7. No Racing or Unapproved Sharing: Racing the vehicle or lending it to friends and family who have not been added to the policy with TURO is not permitted. 8. Toll Charges: The renter is responsible for covering all toll charges, especially on express toll highways like Highway 407 and Highway 412.
