ONE WAY trips
If you would like to discuss the possibility of a one-way trip I can be quite flexible with this, please make a booking for your desired dates and get in touch so we can discuss the fees involved for the return. I.e My transport such as a flight to the destination plus depending on how far and how long it will take, any additional costs. If we come to an agreement I will create a one-off extra to add to your trip - if not you will be able to cancel the trip no problems. You want to drive one way to Perth or Melbourne, so be it, for the right price, I'll accept
FREE Airport collection and return
I will deliver and collect car from the airport for no additional fee for trips 4 days or longer. You only pay for parking at pickup I will cover the drop off parking fees. The cost will depend on how long you arrive after the pickup time. 0-30 mins is $7. 30-60 mins is $10. 1-2 hrs is $14 2-3 hrs and maximum charge for 24hrs is $30. When returning the car at the airport please drop the car off at the selected time on the app. If the car is dropped hours earlier then the time shown in the app and hasn’t been communicated to me I will ask for reimbursement for the drop off fee also.

I ordered a different car from this renter and within 12 hours of my pick up time, I was told he had to switch out my car. I reluctantly agreed, but didn’t have any choice as already paid and had tours the next morning. Car was dirty (couldn’t see out of the windshield facing sun or oncoming headlights), Side mirror adjustments weren’t working, volume on the stereo wasn’t working, panels popped off and I had to put back on, tire treads are all balding, and driver side window wouldn’t go down, and check engine light was on the entire trip. This is an unsafe vehicle and needs a major repair/servicing before being rented again.

Do you have any proof of your false claims? I have photos of everything showing no check engine light before or after the trip. Panels popped off ? Do you have any photos and why wasn’t this reported as damage?
You should be kicked off Turo after 1000 trips on here never met someone as rude as you. Very disappointing….

Rental hire was good! Car was smooth to drive, aircon was really strong & sound system so good!! The front driver window didn’t go down, wasn’t much of a problem since aircon was really good! Such a nice little car to hire!! Thanks Jacob!

Jacob is a very honest and kindly host. His polite and prompt response reassures those who are not familiar with TURO. The vehicle is by no means new, but it is worth more than the price. I recommend renting a car from this host.
