The internet reception for all phones is slow in the area that you will be picking up the car. Once your trip is booked you will have access to my phone number, please text me when you get to the pick up location for a response that is faster than Turo messaging.
If you have ANY problems during your trip, I am able to respond quickly and resolve the issue. Sometimes it's car error and sometimes it's operator error. There are always new things to learn in a car that's not your own. I will be happy to answer all your questions.
