In light of the devastating fires in the Southern California community, Turo is enabling hosts to rent out their vehicles free of charge to fire victims who may have lost their cars, or may need transportation, due to the fire. Turo will waive the Turo trip fee for guests, but guests will still need to cover the cost of their protection package.

If you have been evacuated and are in need of a vehicle during this difficult time, please send us an email at disasterrelief@turo.com for more details.

Hosts who choose to rent out their cars at no cost to fire evacuees will still be covered by the protection package selected for their last reservation*, and the Turo Support team will manually connect you with people in need.

If you’re a Turo host interested in participating in this fire relief plan, please fill out the form below with your Turo information.
