Your Turo dashboard just got a major makeover \u2014 for both car owners and travelers alike. Many of the changes are more meaningful for owners managing their trips, but travelers will undoubtedly notice a difference when launching the app today.<\/span><\/p>\n

So what\u2019s new?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Lots of things! <\/span><\/p>\n

The dashboard is now a one-stop shop for all of the most relevant information for managing your current and upcoming trips on Turo. It was your rich feedback that inspired this renovation \u2014 you asked for more detailed and timely information to be accessible from a single view. It was such a good idea that we really dove deep into the dashboard\u2019s design to craft the most efficient and effective tool for you to manage your Turo rentals.<\/span><\/p>\n

For starters, you\u2019ll notice your dashboard is now divided into two feeds: your \u201cActivity\u201d feed and your \u201cUpcoming\u201d feed.<\/p>\n

YOUR ACTIVITY FEED<\/span><\/h4>\n

Your activity feed shows all of your pending requests and recent notifications. Pending requests will always appear at the top of your activity feed, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • New trip requests (owners only)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Change requests to existing trips (for owners only)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Reimbursement requests (for travelers only)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Additionally, each pending request shows how much time is left before it expires and, for trip requests, how much you\u2019ll earn if you accept it. The new organization is meant to help you keep tabs on requests that require your immediate attention. <\/span><\/p>\n

    The activity feed also shows all of your recent notifications, with the most recent ones on top, so you never miss any important messages or alerts. <\/span><\/p>\n

    To navigate to the appropriate trip from your feed, simply click or tap on any item and you\u2019ll go right to where you need go.<\/span><\/p>\n

    YOUR UPCOMING FEED<\/h4>\n

    Your \u201cUpcoming\u201d feed shows which trips are happening each day, with the most current events at the top of your feed. The \u201cUpcoming\u201d feed will outline each upcoming trip in more detail, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Which leg of the journey (e.g. pick-up, drop off) is happening when<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Where it\u2019s happening<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Which car is being used<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Which trips are in progress<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Having this information in a glanceable snapshot will help you stay on top of your current and upcoming trips.<\/span><\/p>\n

      OTHER IMPROVEMENTS<\/span><\/h4>\n

      You can also now filter both feeds by vehicle, so if you have multiple vehicles, you can see what\u2019s coming up for which car in a cleaner and more focused interface.<\/span><\/p>\n

      And you can always access past trips from your \u201cTrip history\u201d page to view a full archive of your past trips and transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n
