Football fans are flocking to the sunny shores of Tampa Bay by the boatload this weekend, and while the rest of the country is battling blizzards and storms, Tampa is sitting pretty and mild in the 60s and 70s.

If you’re already in town, head down to the Championship Campus and check out the ongoing festivities, especially the Taste of the Championship, a charity event full of outstanding food from top chefs and former college stars ready to mix and mingle, tonight from 7–10 pm. There’s also the Championship Beach Bash from 11 am to 4 pm today, so you can send beach selfies to your snowbound family at home.

When you’re heading to the game tomorrow, check out these recommended routes to avoid congestion, and use these pointers from the event organizers for parking and disabled drop-off and pickup areas.

Tomorrow the Clemson Tigers take on the Alabama Crimson Tide for the ultimate triumph and glory of their young careers. If you’re southward bound to take in the Superbowl of college pigskin, go deep in one of these tailgate-friendly sidekicks.
