Last year, to celebrate the 4th of July, Turo member Peter M. and his family embarked on a classic southwestern road trip, taking Historic Route 66 from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. They picked up Mohammad’s Audi Q5 at the airport in Vegas and headed out to Arizona.

The crew made a pit stop in Page, AZ, for an early glimpse of the Colorado River and some Mexican food.

They eased along Route 66, detouring along the way until, finally, the majestic Grand Canyon stretched out before them.
