Every year, the Northeastern US transforms into a wondrous symphony of reds, oranges, and yellows. Corey and his buddy Mark embarked on an autumn tour across New England, starting in Portland, Maine, where they picked up their Porsche Macan.
The famous Portland Head Lighthouse was their first stop, where they took in the views along with a proper Maine lobster roll. From there, they explored some back roads in search of fall colors before heading down to Kennebunkport to take in some more coastal views.
The next stop was an A-frame cabin tucked away in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. A moody night was followed by a jaunt along the Kancamagus Highway through the Whites taking in the last of the colors, before they drove up to northern Vermont and Lake Willoughby. There, they drove around the lake as a light rain fell and a low fog settled in below the rock walls.
The colorful leaves were spotty throughout Vermont, but they managed to find them framing some beautiful old barns and small towns. After barn hopping, they finished up the trip back in New Hampshire with some fresh cider donuts and hot cider, before a final stop at Lake Winnipesaukee — where the fall colors were just about peaking.
