Take a break with these pretty pictures

Every few Fridays we like to bring you moments of zen in the form of some of our favorite motorcars from around the Turo marketplace. As the country hits the road again, let’s keep the fun going. We like cars, you like cars, so let’s look at some cars.

Bashar’s 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing cuts a rather menacing figure lurking in the shadows with its matte gray-green finish. Formerly known as the ATS-V, the CT-4 Blackwing is Caddy’s new and very talented small sports sedan. Those who’ve gotten behind the wheel of this car report incredibly impressive balance, feel, and overall performance. With adaptive dampers, a limited-slip differential, and a 3.6L twin-turbo V6 that pumps out 472 horsepower, it’s a real driver’s car.

The rear-wheel drive Blackwing comes standard with a manual transmission, aggressive looks, and an exhaust that shouts and snarls as a sports car should. Bashar’s car is an automatic, which complements the model’s notable knack for comfortable everyday use. As has often been the case with American luxury cars, the interior is quite good, though maybe not as posh as competing models from AMG, Audi, and BMW M. But the Cadillac definitely hangs with the Germans on the road, and especially for the price, it could be a more interesting alternative that hails from the USA.
