Every few Fridays we like to bring you moments of zen in the form of some of our favorite motorcars from around the Turo marketplace. As the country hits the road this summer, let’s keep the fun going. We like cars, you like cars, so let’s look at some cars.
The new Ford Bronco took the country by storm when it launched last summer, and ever since, it’s been one of the most sought-after vehicles on Turo. The Bronco’s nostalgia-stirring design, serious on-trail talent, and remarkably calm on-road manners have made the revived model a bonafide hit among casual drivers and hardcore off-roaders alike (keep in mind, driving off-road with any vehicle booked on Turo is prohibited). Many who’ve driven the Bronco prefer it over the Jeep Wrangler for daily driver duties, and just one year into production for this new generation, it still turns heads across the country.
Alberto’s truck is a 2022 Bronco Badlands — the model’s top trim level (ignoring the new Bronco Raptor) — and comes with the 2.7L V6 and the beefy Sasquatch package. He’s recently added a custom satin finish to the Eruption Green paint to really make this soft-top SUV stand out. While long wait times at Ford dealerships persist, strap on your spurs and give this fully loaded Bronco a whirl.
