There’s so much to celebrate about Turo’s vibrant host community, from hosts who are champions of sustainability, to hosts who stepped up for their community.
To highlight some of the extraordinary hosts who have gone above and beyond for the Turo community, we’re announcing the first-ever, annual Turo Host Awards in the following categories:

Hosts with the most popular cars on Turo
There are over 1,500 makes and models listed on Turo and these two cars topped the charts with the most bookings in the past 12 months from hosts who are currently active on Turo.
- Host with the most popular non-Deluxe car: The 2022 Kia Seltos from Justin B. claims the title with an impressive 190 bookings.
- Host with the most popular Deluxe car: Guests couldn’t get enough of each of Marta K.’s 2022 Tesla Model Ys, with 168 and 156 bookings respectively.
Leading the charge in sustainability
These hosts are committed to making greener cars available to their guests.
- Host with the most booked EV trips: Eric K. of LA Auto Spot has a total of 4,234 trips booked with hybrids and EVs in the past 12 months.
- Host with the most EV listings: Christian R. of DRIVE WHIP is an eco-champion with a remarkable 100 EVs available for Turo guests.
Highest-earning hosts
These hosts have hustled in the last year and have the earnings to show it!
- Highest-earning host with one or two vehicles: William M.‘s outstanding efforts have led to impressive earnings.
- Highest-earning host with three to nine vehicles: Raonel G. has raked in the profits with his remarkable business acumen.
- Highest-earning host with 10+ vehicles: A standing ovation for Eric K. of LA Auto Spot once more, who’s earning big with his impressive portfolio of vehicles.
Excellence in hosting
These hosts have consistently demonstrated exceptional hospitality for their guests.
- Since joining Turo in August 2022, brothers Jason and Brayden E. have completed a total of 343 trips, earning five stars for every one of their 279 reviews. Jason and Brayden have also shown their commitment to offering outstanding experiences for their guests. As part of Turo’s partnership with Dream Foundation, they offered one of their cars for free to a terminally ill guest, who was able to fulfill a lifelong dream of traveling around Hawaii.
Community spirit
These hosts are true local leaders.
- Among Maui’s most popular hosts, Karissa and Jon B. and have always made time to support fellow hosts on the island. During the Maui wildfires, Karissa and Jon played a critical role in Turo’s Maui Relief Program, providing vehicles to people who were directly impacted to help keep their community safe. Additionally, they’ve continued to share valuable, real-time insights with Turo to help improve the host and guest experience around Kahului airport and across Maui.
Turo ambassador
This host is tremendously supportive of Turo and the Turo community.
- Regularly present at Turo events and frequently providing thoughtful feedback to Turo as well as the host community, Anwar A. is a true Turo ambassador. Late last year, Anwar helped support the Turo launch in Australia. He flew to Sydney with his family to lead a panel with Turo CEO, Andre Haddad, on how to start and scale a business on Turo for prospective hosts in Australia. Anwar also employs local high school students to help run his business part-time and has inspired others in his community to start hosting on Turo.
The first annual Turo Host Awards were officially announced on November 14, at the Power Host Summit in Austin, Texas. The Power Host Summit brought together the most dependable, ambitious, and accomplished hosts on Turo for an exclusive two-day conference just for Power Hosts. The event was packed with interactive sessions and discussions with Turo leadership and Power Hosts offering valuable business insights.
