Introducing dynamic pricing to help maximize your earnings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Starting later this summer, it will be easier for all Turo hosts to price competitively and maximize their earnings, thanks to dynamic pricing, a new and improved pricing algorithm that will replace Automatic Pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed by our data scientists, dynamic pricing will continually adjust your prices based on local market data and other factors. Once dynamic pricing has launched, all hosts will see their prices updated to the dynamic pricing recommendations tailored to each vehicle. Rest assured, you’ll still be in control. While dynamic pricing will be the new default price, you’ll be able to change prices using the calendar in the \u201cTrips\u201d tab to fit your utilization goals. We\u2019ll give you plenty of advance notice before this change happens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tire policy updates<\/strong>
Over the winter, we made two tire policy updates to help make sure your vehicles meet safety expectations:
\u2022 Tire maintenance issues<\/a>, such as bald tires, are strictly prohibited<\/strong>, and offending hosts may be removed from the platform.
\u2022 Vehicles claiming to have snow tires<\/a> must have the snowflake symbol known as the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) designation or the host may be penalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earn more with Extras
<\/strong>You can now offer your guests four new Extras: booster seat, stand-up paddle board, beach wagon, and fresh flowers. Keep 90% of earnings from any of the 50+ Extras<\/a> your guests purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Now you can set unique pickup and return hours<\/a> for your home and delivery locations, to better work with your schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New safety requirements after tire issues
<\/strong>Starting July 1, if your vehicle is restricted due to a tire-related issue, you\u2019ll need to provide proof<\/a> that:
\u2022 The damaged tire was replaced or appropriately repaired
\u2022 The vehicle\u2019s other<\/em> tires all have a tread depth of at least 4\/32″ and are no more than 6 years old<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Airport delivery updates<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
