Introducing flight tracking

Airport delivery just got easier. No more asking guests for their flight information. When a guest adds their flight details in the app, you’ll receive a notification. You’ll see their flight number as well as their departure and arrival airports. Track their flight with a single click up to 24 hours before the trip for smooth vehicle handoff.

Tap into demand with these updates

Guests can now find hotel locations more easily thanks to improvements to hotel search. As a result, hotel searches have doubled.

Enable custom delivery to automatically appear in hotel-area searches and help more guests discover your vehicles.

Drive repeat bookings with promo codes

Returning guests can now see your promo codes right on your storefront profile. Share your host link post-trip and let the discount do the work.

Earn more with high-value trips

Attract the advance planner

We’re encouraging guests to lock in earlier bookings by signaling the value of booking sooner rather than waiting.

For select Standard vehicles from model year 2016 or newer in select markets, we’ve also updated pricing ranges for trips booked more than 14 days in advance. These ranges are designed to help vehicles stay competitive during advance booking periods, when guests are comparing more options before choosing a trip.

Capture longer trips

Want longer trips? New minimum-duration discounts, updated discount stacking logic, and additional shortest-trip options work together to help you capture longer trips while protecting your margins.

Review your discount and minimum trip length settings to make sure they’re working for your business.

More control, less hassle

Faster and more accurate mileage incidentals

If you take odometer photos at check-in and check-out, we’ll automatically pull that data into your additional distance charge. Review the numbers, hit confirm, and get paid for the kilometres you’re owed. If you don’t take odometer photos, you can still submit the charge manually.

Invoice monthly trips before they end

For monthly trips longer than 60 days, you’ll soon be able to send incidental invoices during the trip instead of waiting until it ends.

You’ll also be able to track every invoice for a reservation in one place with the new Invoice Hub, no matter the trip length.
