The van drove like a dream for the SLC-LAS roundtrip road trip. Quality Mercedes diesel engine. The description could use an update-- it's the standard bench seats, but it didn't impact us much. Host was very communicative and great to work with. Definitely would rent again!!

The pickup location and host were great! Always responded quickly with what questions I had. It was disappointing to see that the details of the vehicle on the app didn’t match the actual vehicle. I was expecting a 9 seater van with captain’s chairs from what the details said, but we received a twelve seater van with benched seating. The details for this vehicle on the app should be changed to match the actual vehicle. Not all seats have access to USB charging ports. The few USB ports there were, were USB-C, not USB-A. This would have been good to know beforehand. The front right blinker was out which wasn’t the best for a cross country trip. I didn’t know what to expect from a diesel fueled car, but it takes DEF and had to purchase some replacement halfway through my trip (not too big of a deal, just something I wasn’t made aware of before booking the trip). The windshield wiper fluid was also low.

The rear heater was a little bit of a hassle. One seat in the back got most of the heat while the other seats were frigid (similar to a school bus heater). Back 4 seats are narrow while the middle two rows of 3 seats are more comfortable. Driver and passenger seats are very comfortable. None of the seats recline besides the front passenger seat. This was something that was mentioned in the details that didn’t match.

Overall, the vehicle did really well on the long journey and was fit for our needs of reaching our destination and was convenient for our needs! It did bump around the passengers in the back a little but the car ran well on maintained roads. Little bumps and potholes were very noticeable, especially in the back seat. After spending over 50 hours with this vehicle, I would recommend this vehicle for shorter trips instead of longer journeys. I would rent again if I am planning a shorter trip :)

The van was great for our trip. Van wasn't clean inside or out when we picked it up. Items from previous users were still in the van. The expectation was that you clean inside and out which we did. Left it cleaner then when we got it. Pick up went ok. Did not get the code until we messaged them got the wrong code. Got it but it took a bit.

Easy pick up. Sweet ride with a ton of space. Easy to drive. Perfect for that Utah road trip.

Everything was great! Great communication, great van. Met our needs perfectly
