If there are no road signs or painted lines, it's best to steer clear with our vehicles. This helps keep them in top shape for your journey, as any damage or roadside assistance required due to off-road use will be the renter’s responsibility. Enjoy the sand between your toes 🏖️, not in our floor mats! And for those adventurous spirits, save the rock climbing for your hiking boots 🥾—not our vehicle's suspension 🚗. Yes, you can request an extension by going to your trip details in the Turo app and selecting "Change trip." Please note that extensions are subject to our availability, so it's best to request additional time as early as possible to avoid any issues.
Guests are generally responsible for tolls, fuel, and other incidental charges during the trip. Make sure to refuel to the same level when you pick up the car. All of our vehicles are registered in LinkT and we will send you an invoice for tolls incurred during your trip.

The communication was fantastic.
The car was clean, however the windshield wipers were not working properly and the reverse camera only worked once, making parking the van more challenging than it needed to be.
I’m sure this will be rectified in due course.

A sign to indicate which side are all the keybox would be perfect. Sydney airport is a bit far from the city.
