A cleaning fee of $150 will apply for any breaches—but we'd much rather you keep that money for making memories ✨, not covering extra costs! Please also avoid driving on unsealed or dirt roads 🚧. If there are no road signs or painted lines, it's best to steer clear with our vehicles. This helps keep them in top shape for your journey, as any damage or roadside assistance required due to off-road use will be the renter’s responsibility. Enjoy the sand between your toes 🏖️, not in our floor mats! And for those adventurous spirits, save the rock climbing for your hiking boots 🥾—not our vehicle's suspension 🚗. Yes, you can request an extension by going to your trip details in the Turo app and selecting "Change trip." Please note that extensions are subject to our availability, so it's best to request additional time as early as possible to avoid any issues.
Turo offers 24/7 roadside assistance +61 1800 959 374 to help with issues like flat tires, lockouts, and more. Check your protection plan to see the specific coverage you have, as some plans may offer expanded roadside services.
Guests are generally responsible for tolls, fuel, and other incidental charges during the trip. Make sure to refuel to the same level when you pick up the car. All of our vehicles are registered in LinkT and we will send you an invoice for tolls incurred during your trip.
