BUSINESS HOURS RETURNS 7:30am-5:30pm After-Hours Key Drop: Lock the car securely and slide the key into the yellow-marked hole with a hexagon cutout, located behind the lockboxes near the office door. Important Reminders: -Ensure all windows are closed and the vehicle is locked before leaving. -Take clear photos of the car’s exterior and interior upon return for your records. -Please avoid blocking any access points and park in the designated area to ensure smooth operations

I booked the car and a few days before my trip said the car wasn't available and tried to change me into another car that didn't meet my needs, when I got the car it was dirty, very noisy, seats had damage on them, and to top it all of they tried claiming that I had damaged the car even when the pictures I took before the trip showed the damage existed before I got the car.
They don't know what cars they have available, they don't know how damaged they are.

Not the original car I booked - the lock boxes had their codes changed and it was not accessible ( not the only one - many others as well ) . The replacement vehicle was older ( 2014 vs 2020) and had more damage and in a worse condition. It did the job.. not impressed with the IT lockbox issues & the additional delay caused > 1hr . This replacement vehicle was sorted - no real explanation from Turo re what happened etc except for a message that there were safety issues for the cancellation - however that wasn’t what was explained by the attendant that morning
