Chen was helpful and communication with him was good. Navigation system on board was in Japanese so that was not used. Lining in the van needed to be repatched on.

The Van is very good and easy to ride and Chen is a polite guy, easy going and good communication! If I need a second one a car in Sydney I would take it!

Decent drive, reasonably priced, came with a small trolley which is great. 12 minute walk from station. I wish there is a phone holder for navigation that’d be great!

Haven't used a service like this before but the host was very responsive to any questions I had.
The van location was very convenient, for me, and the van itself performed flawlessly. Although I didn't need it, there was a trolley provided.
A good daily rate and a generous km allowance.
